What's Your Pleasure?

   The only safe place on earth is IN GOD. People take drugs to enter into a mindset of utopia. The pleasure drug addicts feel is a place of escape from their troubles.
   
   With drugs there are consequences and effects that are destructive, costly and deadly. 
   However we can experience pleasures here on earth which come from knowing God through faith in His Son Jesus Christ, that                     NOTHING IN THIS WORLD CAN MATCH! 

   I know for two reasons. 

1. God's Word is infallible and He cannot lie. HE SAID through Jesus (His Word [THE WORD WAS GOD] that became flesh and lived among us)
"MY PEACE I give you-NOT LIKE THE WORLD GIVES give I unto you." 
Note: His peace- the peace of God is absolutely PRICELESS, it banishes away ALL WORRY, ALL DEPRESSION, ALL FEAR OF DEATH, TORTURE, FAMINE,  EVEN SATAN HIMSELF AND ANYTHING HE PLANS AGAINST US. 

   How can we have this incredible peace and what about the pleasures we seek?
   First, by taking a leap of faith. Jesus Christ is God's ONLY plan of salvation. Ask Jesus to save you, to come into your heart; BELIEVE He became sin on the cross for you, that He shed His holy blood for you (JOHN 3:16). 
   He promised He would then NEVER leave you nor forsake you.

   "Seek you first the kingdom of God and HIS RIGHTEOUSNESS (Which you have, the moment you ask Jesus to save you) and the rest of these things (i.e. Peace, Joy, Health, Prosperity and PLEASURES) shall be added unto you.
Note: The above 'Things' are added-(Revealed to your heart, soul and mind) as you grow in the knowledge, will and understanding of God's heart toward you. 

   Yes, I said 'Pleasures' also.
Psalm 16:11 says "You will show me the path of life: in Your presence is fullness of Joy: at Your right hand, there are PLEASURES forevermore."
   Ephesians tells us, as believers in Christ, we ARE SEATED AT HIS RIGHT HAND IN HEAVENLY PLACES with Christ Jesus (Spiritually speaking).

  2.  Now the second reason I KNOW there are pleasures with God is because He physically touched me one night when I was asking Him if speaking in tongues was of Him or were the people imagining things.
   People, hear me and hear me good! I was hit with the power of God SO GREAT  (in a small prayer meeting) [To prove to me that 'Being slain the Spirit' was from God alone], 
   that a million, billion fireworks went off in my body, every nerve end exploding in the greatest feelings of pleasure any man could ever know.
I assure you, ALL of the greatest pleasures I could ever experience as a man, put together couldn't equal that one incredible, awesome moment. And I know it was but a foretaste of heaven with God.

   Acts 2:25, 28 Amp.
vs. 25. (For the Lord) is at my right hand that I may not be shaken (be afraid) or cast down (from my secure and happy state).
vs. 28. You have made known to me the "Ways of (Your) Life";
You will enrapture me (diffusing my soul with joy) with and in Your presence."
"In the presence of the Lord, there is fullness of joy."
