Choose Life

   

   James 2:14 "What's the use, my brethren, for anyone to profess to have faith and has not - (Works of Obedience to do what God says)? Can Faith (Alone) save him?"

   vs. 17 "Faith without (Godly) works is dead, being alone."

   vs. 20 "Are you willing to be shown [proof], you foolish fellow, that Faith apart from [(good) works-(Obedience), is inactive and ineffective and worthless?"

   vs. 18 "If a man says "I have faith AND I have works [but has no proof of his works-(they are merely words without action) then I will SHOW proof of my Faith BY MY ACTIONS (Obedience)."

   The man Jesus met at the well (The pool of Bethesda) who was crippled for 36 years used excuses for NOT being healed.    
  "There's NO ONE (Blaming others) to put me in the pool first. I CAN'T get there first when the angel troubles the water!" (Notice: He kept SAYING "I CAN'T THIS AND I CAN'T THAT).  

                    Jesus ignored his feeble excuses.
 The cripple thought he was being truthful and honest but his reasons were NOT THE TRUTH.

   Jesus was the Truth. Jesus was The Resurrection and the Life. Jesus was Jehovah Rapha (Our Healer-The Great Physician).
 Jesus said to the crippled man "WILL YOU BE MADE WHOLE?"

    In other words, "No more excuses. Will you choose to be healed? Will you BELIEVE ME? You don't need an angel to come to you. You don't need to trust in someone else to help you. You ONLY NEED TO ACTIVATE YOUR FAITH IN ME.
                                (Faith of Obedience)
   Do what I tell you to do. "TAKE UP YOUR BED AND WALK." 

   "From the days of John the Baptist until now (til Jesus comes)
the kingdom of Heaven allows the violent (People of obedient faith) to "TAKE it-(Healing, Health, Deliverance) by (the) force (of Faith)." 

   People TAKE by Faith, Christ's healing and delivering power He PROVIDED by His Finished work on the cross of Calvary. He's not GOING TO HEAL, IT'S DONE. Our part is to dare and take it BY FAITH.
   
   James 2:26 "As the body without works is dead, so faith without  (Obedient) works is dead also."

   We are talking about Faith for healing here. Salvation faith can be assured while doubt or fear can interfere with healing.
